Seal CE Primary School's Unforgettable Sealfest Weekend!

Seal Primary hosts first Summer Festival! 

A huge thank you to our PTA for their incredible work in organising the Sealfest extravaganza! They created an unforgettable day and even managed to keep the rain away. Organising events of this size is no small feat; it takes time, expertise, dedication, and hard work!

Penelope Regis, head of Seal PTA, said, "Now I have recovered, I just wanted to say, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you. 

Because of everyones hard work, generosity, and unwavering spirit, our first festival was not just a success—it was truly special! We dreamed of creating a day filled with joy, community, and celebration, and you helped bring that vision to life!

This festival may have been our first, but with people in our community on board, it certainly won’t be our last. We’re so grateful to have had you with us on this journey - See you at the next event!"

Some Sealfest highlights: The tug-of-war was a huge success - the kids really enjoyed defeating their parents. There were so many fantastic hampers available as prizes. The children loved climbing onto the fire engine and taking a tractor ride. There was lots of dancing, singing, festival games to play and the farm was also open for mini tours!  

Saturday was a day to be enjoyed for not only our pupils and their families but also for the entire Seal community, whose continued support for Seal Primary School is truly valued.  Friends from Alpine Care Home even posted on social media that it was a wonderful afternoon filled with laughter, positive energy, and happiness, and a delightful way to connect generations.  

It was also wonderful to see some of our new reception year children due to start in September 2025!  They're definitely even more excited now that they've had a taste of all the fun our amazing school offers!  We can't wait to welcome them!
