Fresh Finds and Friendly Faces: Our New Farmers’ Market Arrives!

On Saturday, 28th February, we launched our first Farmers’ Market at Seal CE Primary School. After weeks of planning—and months of rain—the sun finally made an appearance. Our 14 stallholders and over 150 visitors enjoyed a morning sampling fresh breads, cakes, charcuterie, and hot drinks.

Adam Woodward, joint interim Head of School at Seal CE Primary, said, “Bringing a farmers' market to our school has been a long-held ambition. We already welcome visitors to our school community farm for special events such as our popular bottle-feed-a-lamb experience sessions and pet-a-pig days. This market is another way we can support and connect with our wider community. We are excited to work with our stallholders and look forward to welcoming everyone through our gates on the last Saturday of the month ”
